Why We Gather
There is something powerful about coming together in shared practice. Whether we gather for movement, meditation, sound, conversation, or simply a little time in one another’s presence, community reminds us that we do not have to walk this path alone.
Our gatherings are spaces to reconnect—with ourselves, with the practices that support us, and with one another. Come as you are and share the experience with us.
30 Day Challenge - Sun Salutations with Eddi
Join Eddi each morning for a 30-day Sun Salutation practice. Move at a steady, approachable pace, become more comfortable with the postures and transitions, and build consistency alongside beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Full Moon Release Ceremony

Recovering SOFAholics
Recovering SOFAholics with Melinda
Wherever you are on your path—thirty years on the mat or just beginning to explore, deeply devoted or simply curious—you are welcome here, exactly as you are.
We know how it goes. The practice slips. The good intentions go quiet. Out comes the chocolate.
We call ourselves recovering SOFAholics with a wink, but the couch is only one of the voices calling to us. There is the fear that keeps us small. The distraction that pulls us away from what matters. The habit we know doesn't serve us. The story that tells us it would be easier not to try.
Recovering SOFAholics is a gathering for anyone trying to live with greater awareness, intention, and integrity while navigating the realities of being human.
There is no shame here. Not one drop.
Falling off the wagon isn't failing. It's part of the journey. This is a space to reconnect, share honestly, laugh a little, support one another, and remember that none of us walks the path alone.
When the pull is strong—whatever your pull may be—come sit with us instead.
Stay for an hour or just a few minutes. Be seen. See a kind face. Remember who you are.
Hosted by Melinda.

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga offers a supportive and accessible way to experience the benefits of yoga from a seated position or with the support of a chair.
Whether you're working with an injury, navigating mobility challenges, spending long hours at a desk, recovering from illness, or simply looking for a gentler approach to movement, this practice meets you where you are.
Together we'll explore mindful movement, stretching, breathing practices, and relaxation techniques designed to improve flexibility, mobility, strength, balance, and overall well-being.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. Just bring yourself, a chair, and a willingness to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body.
Yoga isn't about forcing yourself into a pose. It's about finding a way to practice that works for you.
Ho'oponopono Healing Circle
