Life in Practice
The work we share is shaped by lived experience. These moments, places, trainings, retreats, and everyday adventures have all left their own imprint on how we teach, serve, and move through the world.
A month in Rishikesh, India
My school trip to Rishikesh, India was nothing short of life changing. Nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas, Rishikesh is a place where the spiritual and the natural worlds seem to merge. I attended an intense Kundalini Yoga training that pushed me physically, mentally, and spiritually uncovering layers of myself I didn’t know existed. The teachings were powerful, the practices transformative, and every day felt like a deep dive into ancient wisdom. The energy of the Ganges, the hum of mantras, and the sacred stillness of the ashram left a permanent imprint on my heart. India itself was breathtaking-the colors, the food, the people, the culture. Everywhere I turned, I was met with warmth, depth, and beauty. The food nourished more than just my body, and the community I met along the way felt like soul family. I missed Cat deeply while I was away, but the space allowed me to grow in ways I didn’t expect. I returned with a new sense of clarity, strength, and devotion-not just to my path, but to the people I love and the life I’m building. Rishikesh gave me something timeless, and I’ll carry that gift forward forever.
