This month’s challenge is simple—but powerful.

For 7 mornings (or more if you’re called), begin your day with one small sacred act. We’re not aiming for perfection—we’re planting a rhythm. One that strengthens your inner light without burning you out.

🔆 What’s a Sacred Start?

A sacred start is any action that connects you to your center before the world rushes in.

Each day, choose one or more of the following to begin your morning:

  • 🔥 Light a candle with intention

  • 🌬️ Do 3–5 minutes of breathwork or meditation

  • 📖 Write a one-line intention for the day

  • 🌿 Sip warm lemon or mint water (cooling & cleansing)

  • 🌀 Stretch or move gently (1–5 min)

  • 🧘 Pull a card, say a prayer, or sit in silence

  • ☀️ Step outside and greet the sun

📝 How to Track It

You can keep it simple:

  • Write an “X” or 🌞 on a calendar each day you complete it

  • Or jot a quick note in your journal: What did I choose today? How did I feel afterward?

Optional Prompt:

“What happens when I begin the day with myself?”
