Mind Flowers is more than a name—it’s a way of life.
We believe healing happens when we make small, conscious choices each day to tend to our minds, our bodies, and our spirits with care.

Inspired by the phrase, “Your mind is a garden, your thoughts are the seeds—you can grow flowers, or you can grow weeds,” this work is about honoring the temple within and reclaiming the power we each have to heal—personally, communally, and ancestrally.

At Mind Flowers Healing Arts, we create a sacred space where healing can unfold naturally. Not by force, but by presence. Not by perfection, but by rhythm.

Our Approach

We meet you where you are—with presence, breath, intuition, and tools that have supported us on our own paths. Whether you're seeking physical relief, emotional clarity, nervous system support, or spiritual nourishment, we offer grounded, soul-centered care that honors your full being.

We don’t believe in “fixing” people.
We believe in creating safe, sacred containers where the body and spirit can remember how to heal.

Our Journey

We didn’t meet through healing work—but we were both on our own healing paths long before we found each other. Cat was committed to preparing her body for graceful aging through cleansing, yoga, and spiritual practice. Eddi was transforming his health from the inside out—releasing excess weight, getting strong, and becoming mindful with food, movement, and energy.

We were each walking different roads with the same destination: healing, balance, and truth.

Eventually, our paths aligned.
Now, we walk together—offering what makes us feel good, healthy, and whole to others seeking the same.

Meet Cat

I’m Cat—bodyworker, yoga teacher, intuitive guide, and eternal student of the nervous system, the breath, and the sacred body. I blend Thai bodywork, energy healing, somatic unwinding, breathwork, and spiritual practice into sessions designed to help people return to themselves.

I believe self-care is a spiritual path, and that your body is wise beyond measure. I’m here to support your healing gently, respectfully, and intuitively—whether it’s through a Spiritual Massage, a personalized Yoga Remedy session, or a breath-led counseling experience.

I’m Eddi—licensed massage therapist, personal trainer, Thai stretch artist, Reiki master, sound healer, and facilitator of grounded, embodied healing.

Clients often describe my work as powerful but gentle—supportive, clear, and deeply grounding. I bring a calm presence into every session and help people connect to strength, safety, and their own healing power. Whether I’m holding space for transformation or helping you fine-tune your physical strength, I meet you where you are with care and clarity.
