Welcome

When the world feels dim, when energy feels heavy and your heart feels far away, this is a place to remember: even now, there is medicine within you.

These tools are not about “fixing” you. They’re about offering you gentle ways to move, breathe, and awaken little sparks of connection again—at your own pace.

Take your time.

Rest when you need.

Return when you’re ready.

Breathwork for Low Mood

Technique: Breath of Equal Waves

Inhale for a slow count of 4, exhale for a slow count of 4. Let the breath be soft, steady, and rhythmic—like rocking yourself from within.
Continue for 2–5 minutes, noticing the subtle lift and grounding that comes as your breath evens out.

Asana / Gentle Movement

Pose 1: Supported Heart Opener

Lie on your back with a folded blanket or bolster under your upper back. Let your arms rest softly by your sides. Breathe into the chest, letting the heart gently open.

Pose 2: Seated Forward Fold (Paschimottanasana)

Sit with legs extended. Gently fold forward, letting your head and shoulders relax. Imagine each exhale releasing a little bit of the weight you’ve been carrying.

Mudra for Uplift

Prana Mudra (Gesture of Vital Energy)

Touch the tips of your thumb, ring finger, and little finger together; keep the index and middle fingers extended. Rest hands on your thighs. Breathe here for 5–10 breaths, imagining new life-force flowing through you.

Mantras & Chants

Mantra:

“Light lives in me.”
(Say softly on each exhale or write it in your journal.)

Chant:

Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung
(A Kundalini healing chant—let the syllables be slow and comforting, like a lullaby.)

Somatic / NeuroSomatic Tool

Gentle Wake‑Up Sweep:

Starting at your feet, use your hands to gently brush upward along your legs, hips, arms, shoulders, and head. Imagine brushing away heaviness and inviting fresh energy. Repeat slowly 2–3 times.

Journal Prompts

  • What feels heavy on my heart right now?

  • What does my body want me to know today?

  • If I could hold myself the way I would hold a dear friend, what would I say?

  • When have I felt even a small spark of joy before? What was present in that moment?

  • What is one gentle thing I can offer myself today?

💛 If there’s something outside these prompts that you feel called to release or share, you’re welcome to do so here as well.
