Natural Antibiotic Tonic Recipe

This recipe is a simple, powerful way to support your immune system with ingredients you likely already have in your kitchen. Each element brings its own healing gifts:

  • Garlic – natural antibacterial and antiviral powerhouse

  • Ginger – aids digestion, reduces inflammation, warms the body

  • Turmeric – antioxidant-rich and anti-inflammatory

  • Lemon – vitamin C boost, helps alkalize the body

  • Honey – soothes the throat, antimicrobial, and makes it palatable

  • Apple Cider Vinegar – balances pH, supports gut health

  • Black Pepper & Cayenne – improve absorption and circulation

Ingredients (small batch)

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 1–2 tsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 1–2 tsp fresh turmeric root (or ½ tsp powdered)

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1–2 tsp raw honey

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • Pinch of cayenne

  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl or jar.

  2. Let sit 5–10 minutes to activate.

  3. Take by the spoonful or stir into a small amount of warm (not hot) water.

For prevention: 1 tsp daily.
At first sign of illness: up to 3x daily.

Notes

  • You can also make a larger batch by multiplying the ingredients and storing in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

  • This tonic is spicy and potent — adjust honey and lemon for taste.
