Welcome to Your Retreat Journey ✨
We are so honored that you’ll be joining us for this retreat.
This gathering is a space to pause, breathe, reconnect, and return to yourself.
On this page, you’ll find everything you need to feel prepared — what to bring, important notes, and a short form to help us get to know you better.
Please complete the form below by September 1st, so we can create the safest and most supportive experience for you.
We can’t wait to welcome you in person and share this beautiful weekend together.
This retreat is offered as a gift of community, connection, and healing. We are not asking for a set fee - Instead, we simply invite you to contribute in whatever way feels comfortable for you. Your donation helps us cover the costs of food, space, and materials, and allows us to continue creating spaces like this for others in the future. Every contribution, no matter the size, is received with gratitude. Thank you for being part of this circle and helping us bring the retreat to life.
The default amount is set to $100, but please feel free to adjust the donation to whatever feels comfortable for you. Every contribution helps us cover retreat costs and is received with deep gratitude.
What to Bring
This weekend is all about showing up for yourself — no need for extras or appearances. Makeup is not necessary. Photos will be taken with love and respect, so you can simply relax into the experience.
Here are a few things to help you feel comfortable and prepared:
Comfortable clothing you can move in and relax in.
Layers for the weather — evenings may be cool, days could be warm, and there’s always the chance of rain. We’ll spend time outdoors, especially around the fire, so bring what keeps you cozy.
Yoga mat (essential).
Water bottle to stay hydrated.
Comfort items for sound healing — a light blanket, pillow, or bolster to support you during extended time lying down. (optional)
Swimsuit (optional) if you’d like to enjoy the hot tub.
Closed-toed shoes and long pants or boots for our hike in the woods (weather permitting).
Sunscreen and/or bug spray (if you burn easily or mosquitos love you)
💛 We kindly ask that you leave recreational drugs and alcohol at home so that you may fully experience the retreat with a clear heart and mind and so that everyone can feel safe and supported throughout our time together.
Bring only what helps you feel at ease. Leave behind what doesn’t serve you — this is a space to let go of the worldly things and arrive just as you are.
Important Notes
Our intention is to create a safe, supportive, and nourishing space for you throughout the retreat. Please take a few moments to read these notes carefully:

Please let us know in the form if any apply to you.
Weather: Much of our time will be spent outdoors. We’ll gather around the fire in the evenings, and weather can be unpredictable — plan to be prepared for both cool and warm conditions, as well as possible rain.
Accountability: By attending, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and well-being. We cannot be held liable for any injuries or complications that may arise.
✨ This retreat is for you. Honor your body, honor your journey, and know that everything offered is an invitation, never an obligation.

A sacred reset for your body, energy, and spirit.
This isn’t your average massage.
This is a guided healing journey — where breath, intention, and intuitive touch awaken your body’s natural wisdom and restore harmony from the inside out.
Whether you're carrying emotional heaviness, physical tension, spiritual disconnection, or simply craving a deeper kind of rest — Spiritual Massage offers you a portal to presence, peace, and profound release.
Each session is uniquely guided by your intention and may include:
Thai-style bodywork (on the table or mat)
Breath-guided movement and passive stretching
Somatic unwinding and trauma-informed presence
Gentle coaching or reflective dialogue to integrate your experience
You don’t need to do anything. Just lie down, breathe, and receive.
Especially potent for those navigating life transitions, seeking clarity, or wanting to reconnect to their spirit through the body.
Come home to yourself.

Medicine Woman
Medicine Woman is a sacred one-on-one session that weaves together ancient and modern healing arts to support your whole being.
Through quantum energy healing, sacred space-holding, shamanic medicine practices, and sound healing, Cat creates an intuitive container for deep release, integration, and renewal.
Each session is guided moment by moment — attuning to what your body, mind, and spirit need most. The experience may include energetic clearing, vibrational sound therapy, and sacred space for inner guidance to arise.
This is an opportunity to step into profound stillness, reconnect with your own wisdom, and receive medicine that speaks directly to your soul.
Thai Stretch on the Mat
Grounded. Restorative. Intuitive.
This deeply rejuvenating session blends rhythmic compression, assisted stretching, and breath awareness to bring your body back into harmony. Eddi guides your body through passive movements and gentle holds—releasing tension, improving mobility, and inviting deep relaxation. You’ll remain fully clothed on a floor mat as the session unfolds in a slow, meditative flow rooted in ancient Thai healing traditions.
Thai Stretch is more than bodywork—it’s a conversation with your fascia, your breath, and your nervous system. Ideal for anyone seeking pain relief, increased flexibility, or a grounded return to their center.
Swedish Massage + Energy Work
Soothing touch. Subtle shifts. Whole-body harmony.
Eddi’s Swedish massage sessions are anything but ordinary. With skilled, intuitive hands, he blends the flowing strokes of classic Swedish massage with subtle layers of energy work—helping you relax not just physically, but energetically.
Expect long, gliding movements to ease muscle tension, gentle kneading to stimulate circulation, and intentional pauses where energy is balanced, not just muscles. Whether you’re carrying stress in your shoulders or energetic heaviness in your heart, this session helps restore flow, calm the nervous system, and support your body’s natural healing intelligence.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, both in body and in spirit.
